At Eat Well Dental, we strive to provide punctual, patient-focused dental care for every visitor. We understand that unexpected events occur, and we ask for your cooperation when rescheduling or canceling an appointment.

1. In-Person Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you have scheduled an in-person consultation via WhatsApp or phone call and need to cancel or change your visit time:

• Please inform our clinic staff at least 2 to 4 hours in advance so we may offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care.

2. Online Video Consultations (Calendly)

For online video consultations booked through Calendly:

• You can reschedule or cancel your video consultation slot using the link provided in your Calendly confirmation email.
• We recommend providing at least 2 hours advance notice before your scheduled video appointment time.

3. Late Arrivals

If you anticipate arriving late for your scheduled in-person visit, please send a quick message via WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate you promptly upon arrival.
